Welcome to Hallakatu, the social media platform designed to connect Albanians around the world. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Hallakatu. By accessing or using Hallakatu, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use Hallakatu.
Your Use of Hallakatu Hallakatu is provided to you for personal use and enjoyment. You may not use Hallakatu for any commercial purpose. By accessing or using Hallakatu, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Your Account To access Hallakatu, you will need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account information confidential and up-to-date. You may not share your account information with any third party. Hallakatu reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for any reason.
User Content You are solely responsible for any content you post, upload, or otherwise make available on Hallakatu ("User Content"). By posting User Content on Hallakatu, you grant Hallakatu a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content in connection with Hallakatu.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant the above license and that your User Content does not violate the rights of any third party. Hallakatu reserves the right to remove any User Content at any time, without notice, for any reason.
Prohibited Conduct You may not use Hallakatu to:
Harass, threaten, or intimidate any other user;
Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise offensive;
Impersonate any other person or entity;
Use Hallakatu to conduct any illegal activity;
Post or transmit any content that infringes the rights of any third party; or
Use any automated means to access Hallakatu or collect data from Hallakatu.
Intellectual Property The Hallakatu name and logo are trademarks of Hallakatu. You may not use these trademarks without the prior written consent of Hallakatu. All other trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on Hallakatu are the property of their respective owners.
Disclaimer of Warranties Hallakatu is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Hallakatu makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of Hallakatu. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, Hallakatu disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, Hallakatu shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Hallakatu, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory. In no event shall Hallakatu's total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for access to Hallakatu.
Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Hallakatu harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of Hallakatu, your User Content, or your breach of these Terms.
Modification of Terms Hallakatu reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, without notice. Your continued use of Hallakatu following any such modification constitutes your agreement to be bound by the modified Terms.
Termination Hallakatu may terminate these Terms or suspend your access to Hallakatu at any time, without notice, for any reason. Upon termination of these Terms, your license to use Hallakatu shall immediately terminate, and you must cease all use of Hallakatu.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Kosova. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Republic of Kosova.
Entire Agreement These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Hallakatu with respect to your use of Hallakatu and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Hallakatu.
